Acceptance of Terms

By using the Andalusia website, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website immediately.

Andalusia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via your registered email address.

Products & Pricing

Andalusia is committed to offering authentic, high-quality fragrances at transparent and fair prices. All displayed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but this does not affect previously confirmed orders.
• Product images reflect actual appearance as closely as possible; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• The store is not responsible for stock shortages after order confirmation; a full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Promotions and discounts are temporary and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Orders & Payment

Andalusia processes orders within one business day. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in rare cases such as pricing errors or stock shortages. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards
• Cash on delivery (available in selected areas)
• Bank transfer for wholesale orders
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Fawry)

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Egypt takes 2 to 5 business days. Andalusia covers shipping costs for orders exceeding 500 EGP.

• The store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• A tracking number is provided via SMS or email as soon as the order is dispatched.
• Re-shipping costs are borne by the customer if delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with the original sealed packaging. The following are excluded from the return policy:

• Fragrances that have been opened or used.
• Personalized or engraved products.
• Special offers explicitly labeled as "no refund".

Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including texts, images, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Andalusia and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content without explicit written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Andalusia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the website, including allergic reactions resulting from failure to read product ingredients. Always read the ingredients of each fragrance before use.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the E-Commerce regulations of Egypt. In the event of any dispute, both parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution first; otherwise, the matter shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Egypt.
